We do not use high temperature to drive off the water. We use low pressure, to make freeze dried milk dust. High temperatures affect the flavour, by low pressures leave the taste unaffected.
Just think, no fridge, or trip out to the nearest shop. You just put two desert spoon in a liquidizer, with a pint of water. 1 minute, and you have a new pint of milk. That you bought 5 years ago.
You want cream, 4 spoons t o1/2 a pint of water. Never goes off. So you can make semi-skimmed milk. But ½ a minute of 8W 1MHz ultrasound to the top left of the chest and kidneys will clear all heart disease. See my other blog for why.
So we add water, stir and leave to stand for 5 minute – identical to fresh milk. Or add 1 teaspoon with your coffee, and you get great coffee.
