I originally do this work at Sheffield University 2001. But they were too scared of losing their funding from nuclear power to research the biologically stupid global warming. Photosynthesis on land and in the seas, converts additional carbon dioxide back into active life on earth.

And every operating 100 MW nuclear power station, needs but does not have 100 billion of annual insurance cover. After Chernobyl and Fukushima demonstrated conclusively, that nuclear fission from uranium is a fatal technology. They carried on with just an illegal 50 million.
And my calculations demonstrate a 25x1cm the steam plasma tube at four atmospheres should generate a constant 600 kW of heat. Actually confirming this at any university engineer department, is an afternoon's work. No more burning of fossil fuels.

We feed this hot air into my thermoelectric generator and get out 75 kW of mains electricity. Any house needs just 8 kW. The national grid will pay 3,165 UK pounds per kilowatt year.
The still hot air will power a central heating boiler, then leave through a short chimney. Once started, the system needs no driving Fan. It goes off from regular water. The plasma rips atoms apart.

The neutrons bond with oxygen ions to yield eight hydrogen ions. And so we end up with hydrogen fission. Hence the power production. Turning 8x10-14cc of regular water into a constant 75 kW of mains free electricity. No fossil fuel burn and no turning or oil and gas into carbon dioxide and steam. Though we do get a little helium and free radical oxygen and massive heat. Just as well, oxidising the carbon molecules takes in energy.
