Rape seed oil is CH(CH2)11COOH. C14H24O2. Oil diesel is C12H26 – C16H34, which is petrol. We grow rape seed oil, and off shore frack for natural gas.

So free natural gas for centuries. No British gas involved. So dual fuel suppliers could get their own free natural gas. The coal was formed from fossilised life, but global photosynthesis on land and seas converts it back into active biomass within 5 minutes of being burned.
Sucking the CO2 out of the air, to leave a pre-industrial 2 parts per million CO2 in the air: a static trace gas affects nothing.
We combine the surplus steam at 280oC, with CO2 thrown away by the liquid gas production process. As they form liquid oxygen and nitrogen.
We pass over the hot end of a Carnot heat pump, to get at a temperature of 350oC. When we combine steam and hot CO2 at below 1 atmosphere, it unburns. So methane and rape seed oil gives us bio-petrol.

C16 is petrol. When we burn bio-petrol, we get back the CO2 used to make the plants grow over the last year. So it is a 0 carbon fuel.
From 2040, the UK government wants to phase out Fossil Fuels. Good – bio-fuels are cheaper and carbon 0. No OPEC. We can grow petrol for 1/20th the price of Fossil Fuels fuel today.
Sparking steam causes it to do Molecular Nuclear Fusion. Which totally under cuts fuel burning anyway. I releases 45kW/m.
Molecular Nuclear Fusion releases 2.4MW/m. So oil and gas so energy poor.
We use the waste heat of the exhaust gases to keep a boiler above 120oC. We fill a car engine with steam, and as we spark, do a plasma burn. To start off, sparking water vapour in the steam reservoir will turn it into steam.
We cool the hot steam on a large radiator on the roof, and get back most of our water.
