Lower the seas

New Paper in Science: Sea level 81000 years ... - Watts Up With That?

Water expands as it freezes – which is why ice floats. The North Pole sis still rising since the last ice age, so the trick is to melt the North Pole. The water flows back to equator, cooling it – and carrying the solar heat towards the Poles.
So if we melt the North pole, the ice rushes into the former ice-cap – and takes up less room: ask ANY physics teacher to explain it. In time (centuries) the lands rise, as do the seas – back to present levels.
Except we causing the seas to evaporate into fresh rain, so we increase snow and rain falls in the white deserts. So plants will grow – sucking it that lovely CO2. The gas of life – capped at 2 parts per million, by photosynthesis on the land and seas. Ask any high school biology teacher to explain it.
In the Jurassic there was no south Pole, and maybe no north Pole. AS sea level were 60 metres lower, and there was 65% more life on Earth. Which formed the Fossil Fuels at the mass extinctions of prehistory.
So burning the Fossil Fuels increases modern life on earth. No increase of CO2 in the air possible. Global Warming – science Fiction by paid stooges to nuclear power.
So we should melt the North Pole. A 1mx2cm steam plasma at 4 atmosphere generates 8.6MW of heat. With no CO2.
1 H2O+PL->2E13+L+X-ray the power of lightening: well it actually does the LES dynamic Molecular Nuclear Fusion
2 H2O+TU->He2++O2++4e-+E13+X-ray+L I told Sheffield University about Molecular Nuclear Fusion in 2001 – they ended my PhD instantly. Their major funder was hyper-toxic, under insured nuclear power.
British Nuclear needs, but does not have100 billion of insurance cover for all 11 nuclear power plants left: all Magnox plants shut down 2004. Their planning expired in the 1980s.
So we use a floating crane to site steam plasma tubes along the edge of the North Polar ice-cap, and along Siberian rivers – at the permafrost edge.

We open up the North sea roots all years. We cool the equator, warm the Poles, increase life on Earth and lower the seas – for nearly free.
