Irrigate Arabia

we build a small plant, to irrigate the deserts edges. We dredge up bed bed, and wash it in estuaries – for form our new soil.
We process it into soil mats, and impregnate it will grass seed. We set up small solar pumps, that suck sea water up 1 m: and it boils into pure water vapour. We use other solar pumps, to transport this in shore.
When we vent the water vapour, it condenses into a fine mist, which irrigates the new soil. Loads of sun light, loads of fresh water – the plants will love it.
They suck CO2 out of the air, and grow. The paltry 2 parts per million CO2 is the limit to growth. Global photosynthesis has left only a pre-industrial 2ppm CO2 in the air.
All the climate change pundits need to take high school biology – life caps CO2 at 2ppm.
In the Jurassic there was 4ppm in the air – in the warm periods. There were 3 natural ice ages – one lasting 650 million years – with CO2 at 8ppm.
In the little ice-age of the 18th century, CO2 was back at 4ppm. It fell in the 4 years as the ice-age ended. As I told Sheffield University 2001, a static trace gas affects NOTHING.
So we irrigate the high desert. 90% of the water vapour forms clouds, which ends the drought in Asia.
That is where the Fossil Fuels come from – life which died in prehistory. Burning them forms new life within 5 minutes. No increase in CO2 possible.

The world climate has been cooling for 21 years. CO2 emissions fell 6% last year: so Global Warming such 20th century nuclear fiction.
