This came out of my PhD studies at Sheffield University 2001.
A 50x1cm steam plasma tube smashed the water molecules into heat, light and X-rays
In remote settlements, we have a crank wheel. First of all connected to a small generator, that powers up a capacitor. When charge, we flick it over to a fan, and force air over a steam plasma tube, and then through a thermoelectric generator: We spend $1,200, on a system that will supply 150kW – free power for the world. Fro the home user we will get 120,000 each year from the national grid. Why bother working.
Carbon 0 power. No FF burn – no toxic radioactive waste or enriched uranium. After 10 seconds, we can disconnect the crank. And we have free power for ever.
We can drive fridges and lights. Radio and TV, and an internet link. And we drive a vacuum pump. As raising brown river water up 1m causes it to boil. We can use this idea on the sea, or sour wells.
We get pure water vapour, we can transport to a high tank or reservoir. We can irrigate the field, and end global hunger or thirst.
The town can no do welding and black smith work, and sell the output. To earn a small income: give 50% of the earnings back, to pay for the power plant.
So the UN can go and give power stations to other remote communities. So free carbon 0 power – using the science of a fluorescent light. And the thermoelectric effect, published in 1910.
