Sizewell B NEVER legal

Sizewell A had a 100 million Royal Commission. Chernobyl happened in 1984, so British Nuclear got Sizewell B passed as an extension to A. This is abuse of planning – lawyer talk for totally illegal.
Retrospective panning is possible – though you have to admit you have built an illegal plant. And with Chernobyl, never going to be granted. So EDF used its own managers to extend planning, for the site demolished in 2006.
Sizewell B never had planning. You can't extend planning on a demolished plant anyway. So Sizewell B always an illegal plant.
After Chernobyl it needed 40 billion of annual insurance. 2010 Fukishima saw this rise to 100 billion. Never had it – no insurance above 1 billion available.
So the Power Station Regulator could not issue an operating license 1986. Theresa May is trying to move the regulator – but Sizewell B ALWAYS ILLEGAL.
Hinkley had planning until 1990: when legally it had to STOP: it is still operating.
Every years of illegal operation sentences the plant manager to 10 years in jail. So all the plant managers at Sizewell now have jail time to serve. The present manager gets 10 years for every year of illegal operation.
All the Magnox stations had to shut down in the 1980s: EDF ILLEGALLY attempted to extend planning.
So there is no legal British Nuclear plant. Academics are not allowed to take research funding from illegal concerns – like British Nuclear post 1990. All money must be repaid, and all papers shredded. All the involved academics expelled for ever from education.
But now we have non toxic nuclear fusion. A steam plasma tube does
1 H2O+TU->E3+L+X-ray no CO2.
64 tines as dynamic as hyper toxic nuclear fission from uranium.

A 40x1cm steam plasma tube will generate a constant 1.2MW, from 2x0-12cc of regular water. Start the plasma using the electronics from a fluorescent light. It will self sustain at 4 atmospheres. Clean, free, carbon 0 power.
