Making petrol

is easy.
We take a 50x1cm steam plasma tube – which generates 1.2MW of clean power, by fissioning the heavy atoms into hydrogens, then doing hydrogen fission, into heat, light and X-rays.

So we pass the steam at 380oC, through a 150kW thermoelectric generator. Carbon 0 heat – no Fossil Fuels burn. No hyper toxic uranium fission.
We use 20kW, to compress and cool air – we get off liquid CO2 at 10 atmospheres, 0oC.
Next we vent the steam down to 1 atmosphere, and mix it with the liquid CO2. We pass the resulting gas mixture into a large reactor vessel, at < 1 atmosphere. There the gases unburn.

This is why a low pressure gas flame will not easily light – the reaction wants to reverse.
So we get off methane and oxygen, we pool into liquid natural gas and LOx. The latter has high commercial value.
So all town and cities can make their own natural gas. And when burn at high pressure, releases CO2 and steam – we can take in to make new methane. No a Fossil Fuels. So it takes as much CO2 to form it, as it releases when burnt.
No fracking, or Fossil Fuels.
Then we pass the gas up 8 titanium honeycombs, and liquid fuel oil drips out. Only C4H10. Which will diesel! We drip this back down the honeycomb catalyst, and we will get C10H22.
This will separate out the lighter diesel oil, so we can send them both around again. Fourth time, we will get C16H34 and higher: that is petrol.
We now collect it, and sell it on as biopetrol. No drilling, or middle eastern price hike. So we get fuel for only 8% the cost of Fossil Fuels petrol. And crucially it is a net 0 carbon fuel oil.

Just as biodiesel only recirculates atmospheric CO2, so does biopetrol.

Doubling mpg
Cars contribute 40% of the CO2, and as people adopt diesels, man's production of CO2 has fallen. 6% last year, 4.5% the year before.
Both petrol and diesel cars produce NO and NO2 (NOx). Rain washes these gases out as nitrous and nitric acids – where they fertilise plant growth. Growing plants take in extra CO2 and convert it into biomass: pegged average global CO2 at 2 parts per million. Static trace gases affect nothing.
NOx is pegged at 4 parts per BILLION. The main source if natural lightening, then wood fires. Cars produce 1,000,000 times less. So diesels are the clean, green machines.
As I was told on my PhD at Sheffield university, water will diesel: at 10 atmospheres rather than the 8 for diesel fuel.

So diesels do Molecular Nuclear Fusion – oxidising the Carbon takes in heat.

So we feed pressurised air into a diesel with a cone-head cylinder attachment. We can also increase the pressure, using superchargers. It is likely that super charging will cause injected oetrol, to undergo spontaneous combustion – so the spark is incidental.
But we can increase the high pressure of a diesel to 10 atmospheres. And then inject regular water. We do 2. We do not oxidise a carbon fuel, we produce more power, and no CO2.
And I repeat, NOx becomes a plant fertiliser. In town centres and near shools, we introduce a mist in the exhaust, so we dribble out very weak acid. No NOx
So this is obviously the way to go when buying new cars. But we drive a petrol. All is not lost, we can use science I was taught in the 1980s, to halve CO2. Halve your fuel burn, decrease petrol prices by 80%.

So for $200 we double the power output of the engine. Power ca enthusiasts note – the unbeatabel F1 car has a Ti engine.
For regular cars, we tweak the car engine, to halve the fuel burn. So we get sports car performance, from economy burn mode. We halve our CO2 production – to diesel engine levels.
So we supercharge the engine, with no super charger. And a thick Ti plate will last the life of the car. Now we double the effective pressure of the egine, from 5 atmospheres, to 10.
Into water diesel mode. So we can run the engine off regular water – no CO2. We have electroplated the engine, and we fill up with water – with diesel until al lthe petrol is flushed out.
No CO2, no possible cc: the NOx is washed out by rain. So all the man-made Climate Change pundits can go and get real jobs: CO2 always capped at 2ppm – is since before industry.
So no Fossil Fuels burn. No remember, no source of visible light, but nuclear fusion and fission – and we have no source of fisison
