So CO2 is pegged at a pre-industrial 2 parts per million. Contrary papers are spurios science fiction funded by under insured nuclear power.

So each steam plasma tube will drive a mains thermoelectric generator, to produce 144kW of mains power.
Incidentally, a 25x1cm steam plasma will produce 72kW, and drive a personal super sonic helicopter – no Fossil Fuels burn.
So we want 8kW of power for a domestic house. So we sell 136kW to the national grid, and get an annual cheque for 430,440 UK pounds. Supplying carbon 0 power to 17 houses.
And we require no high insurance – a tap with an electric hamemr will collapse the plasma, and sto pthe H fission.
