A steam plasma releases 2.2MW/m from a 50x1cm steam plasma tube at 4 atmospheres. Use the electronics from a fluorescent light to start off – then runs unpowered.

So lightening does Molecular Nuclear Fusion, and releases 1.2MW from a 50x1cm free steam plasma. And the lightening bolt has a temperature of 10millionoC – with no burning: though it does release light and X-rays.
Which tells us a 50x1cm steam plasma in a tube should release 2.2MW. Suddenly burning oil or gas seems feeble.
So we have a 50x1cm steam plasma, as the heat source of a thermoelectric generator. At the bottom of the garden. We generate 144kW of carbon 0 power: though man's carbon emission FELL by 6% last year.
And the world climate has been cooling for 21 years. And remember – every nuclear plant NEEDS but does not have insurance cover of 100 billion. Fukishima may well cost Japan in excess of 20 trillion. And the Japan economy has already fallen into the red.
So we heat our central heating system using the waste heat – then the hot air carries the bulk of the fusion heat away.
We can site 1mx2cm steam plasma tube in the cold seas, and get 17.4MW of heat added to the local ecosystem – for free.
So home owners do not need to burn oil, coal or gas. The system uses 2x10-12cc of regular water a year – I defy you to measure it.
