Emissions less transport

Already engineered by BMW and Ford. We use a thermoelectric generator https://www.technologyreview.com/s/424092/powering-your-car-with-waste-heat/
The generator produces DC power, which we convert into AC – the frequency determines the speed of the car.
But we do not use waste heat. We fire up a steam plasma tube. A 25xacm steam plasma tube at 4 atmospheres release 58kW of heat. At around 350oC – deal for the thermoelectric effect.
So at start up, we drive a fan, and as the car moves, we use the forward motion of the cvar to power the air through the system – and turn the fan off.
A steam plasma does MNF
1 H2O+TU->2H++O2++4e- TU=plasma turbulence
2 H++e- ->n0 so our own strand of neutron star
3 16O2++4n0 ->8H++6e- fission the oxygen into hydrogen ions.
4 1H++r n0 ->Er3+L+X-ray so no solid, radioactive waste
net
5 H2O+TU->Er3+L+X-ray
A working car engine today produces X-rays. We use a small concrete pad to block the X-rays from the car.

So we run a car all year, off 10-18cc of regular water: no Fossil Fuels burn, and no emissions. We use the electronics from a fluorescent light to start the plasma off – then it self sustains.
