Cheapest electricity

not
A steam plasma tube. Linked to a thermoelectric mains generator. Ligtening turns the glow of electrons through moist air, into Molecular Nuclear Fusion
1 H2O+TU->He2++O2++4e-+E2+X-ray
So the heavy rain or snow itself does Molecular Nuclear Fusion. Where TU is the turbulence of a rain or snow storm.
Every 3 minutes around the Earth, we get a lightening strike – a 1.5kn steam plasma, through the moist air. This produces 5 tonnes of Helium gas. Which converts t o2.5x1030W. 8.6MW from a 1mx2cm steam plasma.
In a 50x1cm steam plasma in a glass tube, at ony l4 atmospheres the plasma smashed the matter into massive energy, light and X-rays.
2 H2O+TU->E3+L+X-ray twice as energetic as Molecular Nuclear Fusion, so we get a constant 2.4MW of heat. From 2x10-12cc of regular water a year. 144kW of power. We want 8kW.
Which the national grid will pay 3,000 UK pounds per kW year. 400 million UK pounds a year. No CO2 – but CO2 emission fell by 6% last year.
No NO and NO2 (NOx) – which make up 1 billionth of the air you are breathing. It is washed out of the air, by natural rain.
Near schools, or town centres, petrol and diesel cars need a fine mist of water at the exhaust, to remove these gases.

Petrol car produce more CO2, which is why the world is going over to biodiesel – a carbon 0 fuel: as it takes in CO2 to form – and only releases this gas as burnt.
So the petrol producing countries want to scrap diesels – to make more petrol cars, with more CO2 emissions. They want to end life on Earth.

You are not that stupid are you? A chemical factory can turn biodiesel, and CO2 into biopetrol – for 20% the cost of Fossil Fuels.

EDF illegal
http://jonsthings.blogspot.co.uk/2017/04/edf-illegal.html
Every nuclear plant in the world needs 100 billion of insurance after Fukishima: it was 40 billion after Chernobyl. Not commercially available, so every EDF plant illegal.
ITV is not allowed to take adverts for illegal organisations. So it must stop the EDF adverts, and faces a legal fine for all the illegal adverts run.
Newspapers are also not allowed to run adverts for EDF. Web site are not allowed to promote EDF either.
