Making Kenya bloom

We desalinate sea water – to make up for missing rain. But we do not boil off water, or force it through filters at high pressure. Boiling too energy expensive, reverse osmosis nearly as dear, and very expensive.
We use reduced pressure, to boil off the water. We have a conical tower, which applies 1m of vacuum head.

The water boils, and the cold brine sinks, to be replaced by new sea water. It also removes all contaminants.
We then have a chain of vacuum pumps, to transfer the water to the highest group – to prove the principal, just pump 2km inshore.
As we vent the pressure, the water falls as tiny drops. Which amalgamate, and fall into a reservoir. Replacing need for rain. So even during the dry months, we can import basically unlimited volumes of pure water.
Plants will like it – but animals will need salt licks. So all these plants suck in CO2: nature already limits free CO2 to a pre-industrial 2 parts per million.
Higher numbers have been published by nuclear stooges. CO2 only rises in natural ice-ages.
Every nuclear power plant needs insurance of 100 billion. None has – as no insurance above 1 billion available. Nuclear power is the biggest commercial scandal ever. Toxic death – under insured.

I told Sheffield University about the carbon cycle in 2001. They ended my PhD – so I went off singing on stage – as you do.
