Giving the world fusion

I told my PhD supervisor in 2001, that a steam engine gave off X-rays amd produce He and O gases – from steam in turbulent flow – Molecular Nuclear Fusion.
He ended my PhD into chemical engineering in panic, as his main funder was illegal nuclear power.

It needs, but does not have, 100 billion per plant insurance. Academics are not allowed to take research funding from illegal concerns. He is not alone – the phone of physics and engineering has done the same since 1984: the year of Chernobyl.
