Is a steam plasma, linked to a thermoelectric generator. See http://www.its.org/node/1119. This is for 5kW, so we will need 2, to supply all home power and heat.
Every 3 minuites around the world, there is a lightening strike – that does Molecular Nuclear Fusion
1 H2O+TU->He2++O2++4e-+E2+X-ray TU=turbulence E2=2.5x1030W He2+=alpha particle
So initially, heavy rain or snow does Molecular Nuclear Fusion in the air, and builds up a potential difference of 5,000V between the ground, which collects all those electrons, and the cloud tops – where the alphas particle collect.
Each lightening strike makes 5 tonnes of helium gas – hence the number for enbergy release. This is as sound, light and X-rays. There is no chemical source of X-rays – so we arfe doing nuclear fusion.
This tells us a 50x1cm steam plasma at 4 atmospheres releases 1.2MW of power – the X-rays end up as heat.
So at 2 atmospheres we get 400kW. So e use the tube to heat air, which rises, and passes over a 100kE thermoelectric generator (above) an generates 100kW of electrciity. The cooled air is then sucked back over the steam plasma.
100KW earns 300,000 UK pounds from the natiobnal grid. Each power user opnly needs 8kW. So we will provide carbon 0 heat for 16 users.
The thermoelectric people are focused on using waste heat. But a steam plasma provides near infinite free heat.
So c2=1030 m=10-12 so E=1018=MMMMMMW.
A totally miniscule volume of water – free energy for life. With an income of 300,000 pounds a year from the national grid. So 12 of these plants will give you a life times income in 5 years.
No hyper toxic death – from urasnium fission. Each plant for under 2,000 UK pounds – against 18 billion for Hinkley C.
Which would require an impossible 100 billion of insurance – so will never get an operatin g license – so will never be built.
So a steam plasma is free nuclear fusion. And all the scientists studying nF look so stupid. Every lightening strike does it on Earth.
There is no chemical source of light or X-rays: so of course lightening does nuclear fusion. Free carbon 0 power.
A thermoelectric generator is the easiest and cheapest way to get at the free, carbon 0 power.
