So a 25x1cm steam plasma tube will prodcue a constant 1.2MW of heat – from 5x10-19cc of regular water ever 3 years.
If we pass cooling air around the tube, we will get 8,000 L of air at 650oC every minute. We pass the air through a $20 thermoelctric pad – which ony lconverts 4% of the heat energy int oelectic power.
So we get a constant 48kW – we only need 45kW for a personal helicopter. I would favour retifying the DC into AC, as it is easier to handle.
The frequncy determines the speed of the car. No Fossil Fuels burn – no cO2 – no stopping to refuel.
And thwe thermoelectric unit is available for mains linked AC – we need $200 of additional power electronics, to very the frequency of the AC. And then we drive the car electrically.
Off very little regulat warer – no petrol or diesel. And the thermoelectric pad only cost $20 – and last for ever.
