ITER are wasting money

As Dr. Z told me in 2001, the linear flow of gas will never do nuclear fusion. Which is what ITER are wasting 100 billion a year studying.
Meanwhile you fluorescent in your kitchen does nuclear fusion.
1 Na+TU+e-->Ena3+6n0+L+X-ray+e-
So over times, it loses weight, and stops working.
It is a much simpler thing for a steam plasma
2 H2O+TU+e- ->Er3+L+X-ray
So a steam plasma convert the hydrogen ions into neutrons, and these burn the other ions, into Hs, and the light, heat and X-rays.
So for 2,000 we can set up a steam plasma doing nuclear fusion – which self sustains at 4 atmospheres.
A 50x1cm steam plasma tube at 4 atmospheres did 1.2MW of heat generation when we tried it. Rapid use of an emergency hammer broke the tube, and shut down the fusion – saving our lives. Even though the water bath did block most X-rays.
We still got the radiation exposure of a nuclear scientist over 4 years – according to our dosimeters. Which is why we did some quality time sun bathing since 2012.
In contrast a 1m row of gas or oil burners only releases 45kW, though it releases X-rays, as the steam plasma in the flames does Molecular Nuclear Fusion.
So a working seam engine takes in mixed combustion products into the boiler fire tubes, and produces a temperature of 3,000oC. Did nobody wonder. The inlet steam is at 280oC.
So the steam cycle does Molecular Nuclear Fusion – but a steam plasma is far more efficient. And simple to start.
We can suspend a steam plasma ring in a hot air balloon – where we coat the tube inside with a UV/visible light plasma. And replace the missing sun light in the dark winter months.
So we grow crops all year around – doubling the food supply of the world. And each tube will use of 4x10-17cc of regular water a decade.
So clean, non pouting power – which is carbon zero. And needs no high insurance.
Uranium fission needs 100 billion per PWR. But does not have it! Only carrying 50 million of insurance 0.5% of the legally required figure.
So national regulars had the legal imperative to shut down nuclear power 1984. Each year of illegal operation sentences the plant manages AND regulator to 10 years in jail – and a fine of 10 million.
So nuclear power owes the tax payer 3 billion for Hinkley alone. Hinkley B is an illegal extension to a demolished nuclear plant. Hinkley A was demolished ten years ago. And building a new plant on the side of an existing plant is illegal.
With no Royal Commission of its own, it must immediately stop – and pay the fine, and decide who serves life times in jail.

If you work at Hinkley, now is a bit late to be leaving.
