Irrigate the world

Sucking sea water up only 1 metre causes it to boil – into pure water vapour – no salt. We use a chain of vacuum pumps to transport this water in shore. And
1 E=PV
So creating vacuum uses very little energy – supplied by 0.5m of solar panels. So we transfer the water vapour inshore, and as we vent the vapour, it forms drops, and fills a small reservoir – the ancient Egyptians could have shown us what to do.  The above is teh wordl first photograph.  As you knew!
We have a sequence of irrigation channels, and when ever we run out to the main river, we repeat the trick – and get back massively cheap pure water: ideal for irrigation and drinking.
So we transform the high desert in Saudi Arabia, back into the lush area it was in the days of the Roman empire.
And the plants hurriedly gobble up the CO2 from the air – to form plant bulk. Which has no effect on the weather.
Global photosynthesis on the land and sea limit free average global CO2 to a pre-industrial 2 parts per million. I told Sheffield University in 2001, and they suggested I should be away singing rather than doing a PhD – and saving life on Earth.
Tell Sheffield what you think of this – the department on engineering materials.
Today a waterfall over 1m high releases ozone and helium gases, plus x-rays, as it does Molecular Nuclear Fusion. Nuclear fusion is that easy.
Your own beating heart, and growing plants and bacteria do it. Really not hard.

Nature does massive amounts of nuclear fusion every day using the turbulent flow of high pressure water or steam! Hence the massive amount of helium gas in the global air.
Which is power with no CO2. A 50x1cm steam plasma at 4 atmospheres re;eases 1.2MW of carbon 0 heat – from regular water. It only uses 2x10-17cc of regular water a year. So massive carbon 0 heat.
So we irrigate the high desert, and scatter seeds and plant seedlings – nature takes it from there. But grow yields in the temperate area will go down, as the new rain forests gobble up the available CO2.

CO2 supports life! Its limit is capped by nature. All the Climate Change scientists obviously failed high school biology.
