Hinkley illegal

Planning consent for Hinkley A expired in 1990. No planning extnction is legal without a new Royal Commission – that was never held.
So Hinkley B is an illegal extension to Hinkley A – which was demolished anywayh in 2006. So Hinkley B i8s an illegal extension, t oa plant demolished 10 years ago. Whose planning consent expired 30 years ago.

So there can be no Hinkley C without a full Royal Commission. British nuclear, and its new Cinese owners, are liable for 10 years in jail, and a fine of 30 billion: a crossed cheque is not acceptable.
