Hickley owes us 680 trillion

Hinckley point had planning permission until 1990. I met they regulator in 10984, and he told me operating a power station outside planning incurred qa fine of 10 million, and the plant managers AND regulator got 10 years in jail, for every year of illegal operation.
2016 Hinckley Point is still operating. Having used its own engineers to extend planning. This is illegal, and criminal. My lawyer friends described this as 'legally unsafe'.
They worked for the British Council, legally superior to the Power Stations regulator. The contiuing operation of out of planning power plants has incurred a fine of 3 billion – payable by British Nuclear.
This means Hinkley point counts as a green field site – the Power Station is illegal, and legally does not exist.
This is important, as my e-mail from Prince Charle's office, told me green field sites need a 100 million Royal commission.
Question 1: 'No you have 100 billion of insurance cover' – the level Fukishima has cost Japan. A PCW of the same type as the proposed plant.
Answer 1: 'No, there is no commercial insurance availabl;e above 1 billion. But we gto 50 million, as it was cheaper. Always saving on essential safety features.'
Decision 1: 'Permission decllined'.
The flouting of planning by Hinckley Point is sufficient on its own to ensure Hinckley C will never get approval.
So if the Chinese spend 18 billion building it, it will never get permission to start, and no money will ever be paid. The world's most expensive white elephant.
There is no point building and hoping, there can never be enough insurance cover – the process is just too toxic.
They shut down the 6 Magnox stations, as their planning ran out 1980. Then they restarted – somebody took a big bankhander. Corporate corruption.
Sizewell B does not have the required insuance – it never had it from 1984. 32 years of illegal operation. A fine of 320,000 pounds to the British lawyers. Oh, and the serving of an immediate stop order, back dated 32 years.
320 years in jail for the Sizewell plant managers. Strange, they annoced Hinckler had got approval, they were organising press sessions, then nothing. Totally criminal.
And Theresa may can't give consent – only a Royal commission could: expect the lack of insurance for this toxic process means, that will not even start.
Theresa was against it, then suddenly the independent enquiry was scrapped, and she said she would approve it. She can't. Nobody on Earth could.
Oh yes, nuclear fusion from a steam plasma is 64n times more energetic, non toxic and free.
My data was from 1984, 2 years before Chernobyl. So the fine for illegal operation went up to 50 billion, 1986-2010. Fukishima pushed the number up to 100 billion. So the total fine is:
20x40=80,000
+6x100=600.000
So the total updated fine is 680,000. Nearly ¾ of a trillion. Hinckley has been run with an operating profit of 4 billion a year – hence the desperation to upgrade the plant.
But flouting planning will ensure there is no new plant – it will not go to Riyal commission. British nuclear have to pay the fine. Sizewell be has racked up a fine of 320,000 for insufficient insurance. As have the other 18 plants. 4.4 trillion pounds.

So collectively British Nuclear owes the British public 5 trillion pounds. No nuclear plant will EVER be given planning consent again.Hinckley point had planning permission until 1990.
