Abuse of planning

To make a substantive change to a nuclear power plant, you need a new royal commission. There was none for Hinckley point. Hinckley B is 26 years out of planning – so counts as a green field site.
EDF used it own engineers to extend planning. This is legally unsafe – totally illegal. The government has no control over planning.  See http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/a_to_c/abuse_of_process/
Theresa May has no say! A new nuclear plant needs a full royal commission. So Hinckley C has not been approved – it has not even gone to the planning courts.
Question 1: 'Do you have sufficient insurance'. Ans: 'No'. The required insurance is 100 billion – no insurance above 1 billion is available.
The Chinese owners of British Nuclear can expect some massive fines and jail time for trying to subvert planning. No legal 'plan approved' has been, or ever will be issued.

Sizewell be was an illegal extension to Sizewell A – demolished in 2006. So Sizewell B has never operated legally, and is totally outside planning today. A legal 'immediate stop' order is appropriate.
Fines and jail time can be sorted out later. 3 billion pounds, and a total jail term of 3,000 years seems appropriate.
