Every day in the modern epoch, photosynthesis on the land and seas converts CO2 in to biomass.
1 mCO2+(n+r)H2O+L->(Cm(H2O)n-E)+r(He+O+Er3+X-ray) L=UV light
So within 5 minutes CO2 ends up as plant bio-mass, this heavy gas never makes it to the stratosphere, where our weather is made.
So CO2 levels would rise in the winter – precept the air moves over the seas, and ends up as life in the sea.
In the ice ages, CO2 levels can rise! Like in the 3 ice-ages in the Jurassic, Where ~CO2 levels doubled, as the snow covers the land, and the ice the seas. There is still enough exposed land and seas to convert the CO2 into bio-mass, but we have the snow lands with raised levels of CO2 – totally naturally.
As we burn the Fossil Fuels, we i8ncrease active life on Earth. The Jurassic had 65% more active live, but 80% of that life formed the Fossil Fuels, at the end of the Jurassic.
As a comet hit in Mexico, and the world experience a nuclear winter, and photosynthesis stopped, and food chains collapsed.
Burning the Fossil Fuels increases modern life, but the static 2 parts per million CO2 in the afternoon air in the temperate land and seas of the world.
But life does no do toxic nuclear fission from U or Pu, it does Molecular Nuclear Fusion – from the turbulent flow of regular water.
Photosynthesis is nuclear fusion. Where we use turbulence are the plant photo blast, to augment natural UV light. In animals, we use turbulence of the blood flow, to do Molecular Nuclear Fusion in the arteries and heart. Mitochondria do Molecular Nuclear Fusion, using biological catalysts.
Which is when the organal membranes are selective of heavy water! But waterfalls do Molecular Nuclear Fusion.
Green crops in the light give out X-rays, and produce He gas: You breathe out O and He gases. As you emit X-rays. Which means biology is the science on Earth, with most to say about nuclear fusion: Physics has nothing of importance to say. The great Hadron collide the biggest academic con trick of all time.
Heavy rain does nuclear fusion.
Which is why heavy rain or snow warms the air – and produces ozone and light flashes: spooky lighting!
The positive charge collects above the cloud layer, and the negative falls to the ground. At 5,000 V, a spatial steam plasma traces its way, through electron holes to the ground. The holes are left by Molecular Nuclear Fusion in the rain storm.

Here E1 works out at 5.8 MW/m – from the power release of lightening – a 1.5kmx2cm steam plasma.
So skip the lightening bit – use a pulse of power at 2,000 V, 0.01 amps – the electric starter motor from a fluorescent light.
A 50x1cm steam plasma produces 1.2 MW – and self sustains at 4 atmosphere. So we start the plasma, and it maintains itself. The driving current falls with gas pressure.
The surface of a lightening strike reaches 10millionoC- the temperature of the sun's surface. Steam trains teach us fire tubes reaches 3,000oC – as they fired up a steam plasma in the boiler chamber.
So we sit the tube in a bath of water, and it does not melt. It just raises enough steam to generate 200 kW. With a 20oC super heat.

So we are going to generate the power fro 3000 electricity users. With no CO2, or hyper-toxic radioactive waste.

So Uranium fission generate 8 times less energy per mass, and produces hyper-toxic Plutonium and Strontium. Incidentally, water falls make Strontium, as the do Molecular Nuclear Fusion.
We utilise only 0.05cc of regular water a decade, to drive a 100 MW power station. And have no Fossil Fuels burn. No CO2.
