Is a H plasma – as will Z suggeted 2001. A 50x1cm H plasma should release 2.4 MW at 4 atmospheres – a lot of heat.
So we set up the tube in a water tank, and do experiments from 2 atmospheres at 0.5 atmosphere pressure increments. We borrow the eletronics from a flourescent light.
We measure the temparture and radiation levels produced.
Usig H gas allows us not to be limited to abovc 100oC.
We also meauyre the driving current to ,aintain the plasma. The physics is not hard

We are interested in the pressure to self systain – should be around 2 atmospheres. So massive, free, carbon neutral energy. Fossil Fuels burning only produces 45 kW/m.
